How to make Support Agent?

Support Agents are your site's users. You can assign any registered user as a Support Agent. Just follow the easy steps:

• Step 1: Get to the WordPress Users list at /wp-admin/users.php
• Step 2: Edit the desired user you want to make an agent
• Step 3: At the bottom, check the Checkbox to make them an agent
• Step 4: Save it, and you are done

Anybody that made an agent is marked in the user list with an icon and a badge.

But please note,
a support seeker cannot be an agent.
