Pan-cancer analysis of the interplay between mutational signatures and cellular signaling

This repo provides the code for the analysis of mutational signature interactions with other signatures and oncogenic pathway alterations from Hakobyan et al.(tba).

The functions for this analysis are implemented in the R package mutsigintsKit.
