work in progress. Have had difficulting importing or using a bunch of packages directly via vendor. I created new includes for them. this has a change to eliza itself that I will push to a feature/fastify branch

This branch includes elizaos/eliza as a git submodule in the vendor and trys to load it as a plugin.
only the most basic loading of module is working and it needs much more work.
Sharing this now to get people interested in modularizing eliza.
