fix(docker): meta-omics-toolit is now using quay.io images #259

With this PR the toolkit is using quay.io images.
I also created our own version of memote because of issue opencobra/memote#739 .
I full pipeline mode the toolkit is using external protein files if carveme is specified.

With this PR, issue #249 can be closed.
