This resolves #87 by adding a Visual Studio project file / solution file into the React project. It's a workflow that I'm very happy with and am using but, as discussed in the issue, this is not completely simple and so you may want to think hard about whether it makes sense to include in the samples project.
It's here if you want it; if you don't think it's appropriate that's entirely fine.
