Moves the released MakeCode microbit to 6.0.24

Summary of changes:

Testing:

  • robot simulator loads, jacdac simulator loads

I don't think the robot simulator is ready to go live yet. Should wait until we have:

  • Line following
  • Range sensing
  • LED
  • Improved visuals
  • Pushable blocks
  • A few different maps to choose from
