This release updates the Microsoft Graph Ruby on Rails Connect Sample project to the current latest stable versions of Ruby, Rails, and Rake.
It also drops unused frontend dependencies, satisfies Rubocop standards, updates /README.md, and specifies the Ruby version requirement in /.ruby-version and /Gemfile.
