Update Dockerfile after Rewrite in Typescript #307
Build and test on linux ~~and mac~~ (docker doesn't work with GH Actions on mac) as part of CI for all pull requests
Add release workflow to publish to Docker Hub

This should fix #141, #165, #209, and close #278
