So we have access to notification banners
The banner and currency input components can now be supported natively by the GOV.UK Design System, and users should prefer those.

Given this, are these ones we want to remove from the DAC audit scope? |

@BNewing I think it's worth keeping them in as existing systems will already be using them, so we'd still want to fix any known issues. |

This PR adds warnings to the documentation pages to nudge users towards the GDS versions.
