Remaining broken links

The spreadsheet linked below contains information about remaining broken links in OCW. The first page is a summary of all links (not including shortcode-based resource links). The summary includes three categories of broken links which are enumerated on the remaining three sheets.

There's definitely some work here that could be done programmatically if we want. For example, there are a fair number of root-relative links [text](courses/...) that are just missing a leading forward slash on the link destination. (Also some [text](resources/...) that were missed by earlier conversions due to missing forward slash. I think there are around 80-90 of these total, mostly in course descriptions metadata.
