This PR gives us the possibility to install MappMundi using Swift Package Manager, on the latests version of Xcode, and have more control over the versioning.
Is it now easier to install packages using SPM than using Carthage, besides the only dependency in this framework, AStar already supports SPM.
This update will also enable newer versions of Xcode (12.3 onwards) to build the project, as there are some previous limitations regarding Carthage and dependencies for the latests versions of Xcode.
No functionality was changed.
