Folder Structure

The ML4W Hyprland Starter installation script will create several folder when not exists on your system.

• ~/ml4w:

  • ~/ml4w/backup: This folder will be created to store the latest backup, archived backups in ~/ml4w/archive and contains the downloaded
  • ~/ml4w/archive: Archived backups
  • ~/ml4w/[version]: This folder named by the latest available dotfiles version contains the configuration that will be copied later to you home directory.

• ~/.config/ml4w:

  • ~/.config/ml4w/settings: Some settings for the Hyprland Starter e.g., the script to start the folder, filemanager and to manage the quicklinks. You can overwrite the values in the files. The settings can be restored during the installation.
  • ~/.config/ml4w/apps: ML4W Apps like the ML4W Hyprland Settings App
  • ~/.config/ml4w/scripts: Location for the required bash scripts
  • ~/.config/ml4w/wallpapers: Some available wallpapers
