Release v0.3.0-beta

A long-overdue update that introduces several new features. Most importantly:

• support for MARS, DLC, and SLEAP pose files
• support for Caltech, Bento, BORIS, and SimBA annotation files
• new plugins for analyzing neural data: computing event-triggered averages and performing k-means clustering of neurons based on their activity over a trial
• better managing of the conda environment, we now use a single env across OS's
• a variety of bug fixes to DB management and interface
