Bug fix update

MIDI Control beta 1

First attempt at MIDI control. Hard coded to work with my own setup – 16" MacBook Pro and Behringer X-Touch Mini – so likely only to work properly with another identical setup.

This whole app is very "use at your own risk", but this version doubly so.

Macro trigger update

This update adds menu items (with hot keys) to trigger switcher macros, allowing control of non camera related settings.

Grade preset update

This update includes the grade lift/gamma/gain and saturation settings in stored presets.

Persistent presets previously saved may need to be resaved with default values for grade settings, otherwise gain and saturation will load as zero.

First tentative release

I am unsure exactly how Apple code signing works. I have attempted to add an unsigned build of the app here, but I do not know if it will run on other people's machines.
