4. CUDA GPU

ChimpStackr can make use of a NVIDIA GPU for accelerated computing.

Supported GPU's

Your system must meet these requirements:

Your GPU must be CUDA-enabled with a compute capability (CC) of 2.0 or above. (View your GPU's CC)
CUDA toolkit version 8.0 or later needs to be installed on your system. (https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-downloads)

Setup inside ChimpStackr

Reboot your pc after the CUDA installation. (also restart ChimpStackr)
In the top bar go to 'Edit'->'Settings'. A new window should open.
Open the 'Processing' menu. You can select the GPU you want to use here.

If you don't want to use the GPU anymore, uncheck the box next to 'USE CUDA GPU'
