I want to understand why this is necessary, the docs suggest flow is no longer necessary https://yarnpkg.com/blog/release/4.0#installing-yarn. And when creating new projects this yarn file does not get added |

Not planning to merge this, but leaving it here for posterity in case anyone else have the same issues. |

I had some issues when installing a clean project. From reading the yarn docs we should include the yarn script itself like this.
