  1. Go to a multi-canvas work https://preview-content-state.dc.rdc-staging.library.northwestern.edu/items/0a8cfae9-6b78-44fa-8afc-362f01ab8132
  2. In the Clover Viewer, navigate to the page 2 recto canvas (item 3)
  3. Click the Demo Content State button to open the dialog
  4. Check out the content state in textarea
  5. Copy the encoded content state and URI by clicking Share Content State
  6. Send this URL to a friend, or emulate by opening a new browser window, and past the URL
  7. The Work will open to the active canvas encoded in the content state
