Streamlined likelihood with non-Gaussianity

Updated likelihood (Apr 2024) including flexible kmax and lmax parametrization for power spectrum and bispectrum multipoles and full implementation of equilateral, orthogonal, and spin-0 cosmological collider non-Gaussianity. Note that collider non-Gaussianity requires external inputs for the power spectrum P12 terms.
