Contributing to appium

• Fork the appium repo
• Create a branch
• If adding a new JSON endpoint - move the endpoint from not implemented in https://github.com/appium/appium/blob/master/app/routing.js
• Add the method to controller.js https://github.com/appium/appium/blob/master/app/controller.js
• Add device specific code for your specific device in ios.js, android.js, firefoxos.js etc..
• Create a JS test in a device specific under https://github.com/appium/appium/tree/master/test/functional
• Send in a pull request
