- implemented writing into ckan
- added CkanClient.builder() for setting connection parameters (proxy, timeout)
- implemented DcatFactory and GreedyDcatFactory for conversion to Dcat
- shaded some dependency (i.e. apache http client), removed others (i.e. joda)
- did some refactoring (there has been some breaking changes)
