Description
Adding @KarstenSchnitter as voted upon by the existing Data Prepper maintainers per the maintainer guidelines.
Karsten has lead efforts at SAP to introduce new features into Data Prepper. In particular, his contributions provided support for OTel Metrics and OTel Logs.
