Description

Adds anomaly detection platform page, renames data prepper and edits a few links.

In the both the solutions provider page and the footer links, I changed the 'Become a Provider' link to the correct one.
It now has the full github issue Get-Attributes, which are used to pull the correct issue template.

We are renaming Data Prepper to OpenSearch Data Prepper. This commit renames most product usages of the name to the full OpenSearch Data Prepper.
