S2F relies on the following software:
- BLAST (
blastpandmakeblastdb) - InterPro (
iprscan) - HMMer (
phmmer) - Python 3
Note for Windows and Mac users: Although S2F is meant to be run on Linux because its dependencies are Linux only (In particular, InterProScan), you can run most of the commands in non-Linux workstations. Especially if you would like to use your own seed.
