Overview
Upgrades Nuxt in Vue starters.
Adds pnpm override for
ufoin vue-sdk to resolve dep issue that occurs only in local dev in the monorepo - the latest versions of Nuxt need v1.5.3 ofufowhilst 1.4.0 is the version the SDK provides.
