04 INVERTERS
In the menu item "inverters" you can add or remove inverters to your system. Open the page "inverters", click add and fill up the relevant data. You should have the serial nr. available that is located on your inverter. The Dom idx is an identifier that you need when you use the program "domoticz". Put a check at each channel that has a solar panel connected. Now click save, the inverter will be saved and the ESP32-ECU reboots.
Remember that pairing only works when the inverter has been started, so during the day, preferably with some sun. The inverter must be binded (paired) to the Zigbee network. When you go back to the menu 'inverters' you can see which inverters are registered. In the status field you can also see if they are paired. When paired there is an id in this field, e.g. 0x12AB.
To the left you'l see a button 'pair'. If you click this, the pairing process starts.
Tip: You can open a second instance of the webinterface and go to the console. The pairing process is displayed there. Type 10;diag to see all info.
For all information on the polling process visit the chapter polling.
When the inverter doesn't get enough light anymore, it stops working. This can happen due to a solar eclipse or a very dark shower. Also during twilight this can happen on very cloudy days. And of course at sunset. If the inverter restarts when the lightconditions have improved, the energy value is reset to null. Because the shown value of produced energy in the frontpage is the sum of all increases of this day, this value is still correct after an inverter reset.
