This PR solves the problem reported in the issue #100. Functions are partially adapted to work with version 2.0.0 of the 3W Dataset. Improvements are still required. For example, only part of the variables of the selected instance are considered.
It is important to increase the integration of these functions (resample and plot_instance) into the 3W Toolkit as a whole.
