Move account types comparison article to how-to/accounts section

This PR moves the 'Difference between various Smart Account types' article to a new location under the Accounts section and ensures old links continue to work.

Changes

• Moves the article from /permissionless/difference-between-multiple-account-types to /permissionless/how-to/accounts/comparison
• Updates the sidebar configuration to place it as the second item under the Accounts heading
• Adds a redirect in vercel.json to maintain old URL functionality

Testing

• Verified changes with pnpm build
• Build completed successfully with only expected sourcemap warning
