Install:

pip install https://github.com/pix0r/pushover.git

Usage:

from pushover import pushover

pushover(message="Hello, world",
    token="My App Token",
	user="My User Key",
	)

Or using command line utility:

pushover "Hello, world" --token="My App Token" --user="My User Key"
