Summary
Embedded localization packs have many problems, in MC 1.14/1.15 FAPI doesn't support loading as built-in packs resulting in inconsistent features across multiple versions, and users can't simply manually remove additional localization features in-game.
This PR removes the localized resource files for masa family bucket, including Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
