We want to be able to escape <tag> opens like that and like <this> without the escapes being undone by the markdown parse pipeline. (Specifically, remark-parse is sus ..)

Fixes #76.

P.S. I had to set //tsconfig.json: "strict": false to pnpm -r build successfully.

This is also done for svelte's {} templating curlybrackets.
