docs: add pyOpenSci and DOI badges to README.md #576

This PR adds two badges to the README: the DOI badge (c/o Zenodo) and the pyOpenSci reviewed badge (mark of successful package review). These additions partially fulfill the tasks outlined in the Author Wrap Up Tasks, found here: pyOpenSci/software-submission#202 (comment).
