Subscan API key can be provided for the service and client. Also, removed the `--await-glove-proof` flag from the vote function of the client. It's no longer needed with the addition of the `verify-vote` command.

Also, removed the
--await-glove-proofflag from thevotecommand of the client. It became superfluous with theverify-votecommand.
