[pyqt5to6] Add warning if PyQt5 if found #60073

Description

If PyQt5 is also in python env, it results in partial upgrades: Qt enums are not updated.

Ah, nice. Thank you! I was surprised how much I had to manually adjust after the script has ran. This was the cause. :)
