Game output logger

This release displays logs from the game for debugging.

First function launcher build

This build includes:

• Automatic downloader/installer
• Changelogs taken from github
• Version selector

Currently you must have Java 15 installed inorder to run the launcher however in the future it will be possible to start it with older versions of Java. The base qme game will not support Java version below 15 in the future.
