Improved table UI in LedgerStateFix

In the opensource.ripple.com/docs/ledger-state-fix/index.md file, table data under the "Field" header was previously breaking into multiple lines within small containers. This update ensures the field names now stay on a single line, improving table readability and aesthetics.

I agree that the layout is better using HTML tables, and appreciate your taking the time to submit the suggestion. However, we've made a conscious decision not to use HTML formatting on XRPL.org for consistency and simplicity (trust me, the first thing I did when I started working on the docs was try to use an HTML table). That policy is the only reason we would not approve your pull request.
