Attempts to provide a walkthrough of some of the Defense Logistics Agency releases of 1033 program data based on work by news organizations.
Many have more experience in working with the data but this is a start and informed by our work in California with the most recent (Nov. 21, 2014) release.
Would encourage further contributions from the community.
