• added support of BUSCO 4 and 5
• dependencies now report their version
• log files from makeblastdb, fathom, forge and hmm-assembler.pl are removed if command finished successfully
• zff files are now removed if SNAP model was created successfully
• removed options -ft and -rp to specify full_table and retraining_parameters separately
