Initial Release
This an initial release of LGPSI as it stood, 2nd February 2020.
At this point there are 19 chapters, and they have been proofed at least once, though I suspect some errors remain.
I have made a specific release at this point for two reasons:
a) A number of offshoot projects have been working from the text as it stands
b) I'm about to undergo significant review and revision of these chapters as well as move forward, and that may impact projects based on this release.
