Installer no longer adds shortcut to start menu. Seems that in Windows 10 you're not supposed to add to the start menu anymore, just the programs menu. And adding to the start menu will cause the icons to show up as a generic document icon instead of the app icon.

Also changed the installer to use unforked mode. This may need to be reverted on Mac if it conflicts with hardened runtime.
