This is purely a zip of the executables rather than an installer.
To install, extract the content to a folder, maybe to C:\Program Files, but anywhere is fine.
Change the default appsettings.json to match your setup and run Archiver.exe.
The user running the application will need write permissions to the 'Log' directory, by default this is directly under where the program runs from.
