Changes:

• Swap to Kaleido as a dedicated quilt-config repackage, making the jar a lot smaller.
• Various buildscript changes. For devs: depend on all submodules you need now, instead of just the dependents.
• Make gradle go fast by @solonovamax in #54 (thanks!)
• (amended) use feedback text everywhere.
• Also backport to 1.18. No owo-ui obviously but hey.
