Why I did it
Platform and vendor rebranding changes (Celestica platform prefix is now 'cls') and platform bug fixes for DS1000 DS2000, DS3000, DS4000.
How I did it
Renamed the vendor directory under the platform NPU broadcom.
Platform names under device, SKU and platform directories are renamed.
Retained the old platform names as soft-link to the new names for backward compatibility.

Verified platform commands with platforms DS1000 DS2000, DS3000, DS4000
