Initial FBX Export Support, sponsored by MyDidimo (mydidimo.com).

Supports:
 * mesh data with normals and uvs
 * lambert and phong materials
 * file textures
 * bones / skeletons
 * skinning

Does not yet support:
 * animations
 * cameras
 * lights
 * embedded textures
