Since google currency is not working occasionally (#65), it is suggested to change to money-open-exchange-rates.
As the repository is not active recently, I've modified it from the great work from (webgradus)[https://github.com/webgradus/spree_price_books] with the support of 3-1-stable so feel free to use the forked branch if anyone is wondering why the exchange rate could not be updated.
