This is a repository for the Mini-Data-Analysis project from UBC STAT 545A, 2022W1. The project has two milestones which explore the cancer_sample dataset.

The top directory has three folders, one for each milestone and one output folder to save csv tables and models. There is one main README.md file in the top directory. Then within each milestone directory, we respectively have one sub README file, one mini-project rmd file, one knitted md file, and one folder with the plotted images. The output directory also contains a README.md file.
