Description

This PR updates some outdated parts of the documentation. As we support only Kraft now:

  • Upgrades are supported only from Strimzi 0.39 or newer
  • Removes the part about upgrading from Bidirectional Topic Operator as it is not relevant anymore (KRaft clusters can use only UTO)
  • Removes references to CRD updates as they are not relevant anymore (any upgrades from Strimzi 0.22 need to go to Strimzi 0.45 or earlier first)

Checklist

  • Update documentation
