Draw refactor, new slipcase types

Thanks to @bszonye there's a large draw engine refactor that allows, amongst other things, many different kinds of folding wrappers.

This is the first release with this refactor, some tweaks/bugs may that didn't get caught in testing may well need to be ironed out.
