  1. Comments at the top of the script prevent it from running
  2. DIAMOND can work with fastq.gz rather than fasta files
  3. Explicitly specified memory use for two rules
  4. The m8 files produced by DIAMOND are huge, so compressing the output is helpful
  5. Evalue in the config file was not actually being used in the DIAMOND step
  6. Tweaked README
  7. Added note about evalue
