Updated BIOS version for HP EliteBook 8xx G3

Updated download URL for ME with new sp number, HP has removed the previous sp and added a new with the same version sp87435 (removed) is listed as "VERSION: 11.8.50.3470 REV: A PASS: 2" sp87856 (new) is listed as "VERSION: 11.8.50.3470 REV: A PASS: 1"
