Add Strelka's textures

Adding textures from ForestryMC#2659. I have already been given permission to use these textures from princess.strelka.

List of strelka's changes:

• Add unique textures for Tin and Apatite ores
• Add new texture for the carpenter

List of my changes:

• Relocate the textures to be in the right spots
• Remake the other machine textures in the same style as strelka's carpenter texture

Update: people want a different Apatite texture.
